“The driver arrived early, and he was very professional.  He came right up to the door, greeted me with a smile, and helped me to the car.”

Dave T.  loves reading with his grandson Andrew, but recently his eyesight started to decline. Even with glasses, Dave would get so close to the pages they would leave papercuts on his nose.

“I was frustrated.” Dave said, “My vision was bad!  I couldn’t do normal, daily activities, I couldn’t drive, I couldn’t see the TV, I was missing quality time with my grandson, and I was feeling depressed.”

Dave knew he had to do something, so he scheduled a doctor’s appointment.  Knowing he couldn’t drive himself, he needed to find other ways to get to his appointment. 

“My neighbor recommended Suburban because they had a great experience, so I decided to give them a try.  I told the dispatcher my vision was bad, and I had trouble seeing, so they very kindly made notes for the driver and expressed compassion for my situation.”

Dave found out he had cataracts and needed surgery to correct his vision.  He’s back to living a healthy life and reading with his grandson Andrew.
