As Fleet Dispatcher at Suburban Transportation, you will be responsible for improving the customer experience by efficiently scheduling patient transport services for clients over the phone, email, and web portals.

Fleet Dispatcher Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and care coordinators via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule on-demand and pre-arranged patient transport via wheelchair and stretcher in specially-equipped mobility vans.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, availability, and pricing.
  • Prioritize tasks to enhance business productivity and better serve customer needs.
  • Work with dispatch teams, drivers, and attendants to meet customers’ needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms – proficient with web-based applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.

Fleet Dispatcher Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work with attention to detail.
