As a Supervisor at Suburban Transportation, you will be responsible for improving the customer experience by efficiently scheduling transport services for clients over the phone, email, and web portals. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively providing solutions. You will route trips to drivers in the most efficient manner possible in a fast-paced environment. Work within a team and act as a shift supervisor to drivers in the field. A flexible schedule required to meet business needs.
